Designing unique pieces for any occasion, our studio is located within the White Mountains of Arizona, specifically the lovely town of Pinetop-Lakeside. Locally owned and operated, we are dedicated to not only creating stylish pieces for our clients, but offering them exceptional service. Our studio specializes in ceremonies, events, funerals and memoriam, along with everyday arrangements. Be it fresh floral, silks, or even something from the retail side of our studio, you can expect only the best.
Established in 2007 as All Occasion Florals, our business has gone through many changes in a year seemingly filled with only hardships. A change in ownership has allowed us to embrace the modern age, moving from a traditional flower shop into an elegant, industrial styled, aesthetically pleasing floral design studio. Each day our designers push themselves to create extravagant pieces that will amaze all who gaze upon them. Offering a wide variety of fresh floral, silks, candles, loose leaf tea, along with various gifts and decorum, be rested assure that our knowledgeable staff will do all they can to make your experience one that you will share with everyone you know.
Our studio is more than happy to deliver your floral and gifts for you, even offering same-day delivery to certain areas of the White Mountains. Be sure to place your order before 2pm or it will be set for the next available day. Not only do we deliver to residences, but we are more than willing to travel to businesses, schools, hospitals, mortuaries, and religious buildings; timeframe/schedule is required for such places so that we do not miss them. If we are unable to complete the delivery due to not being given the correct time or address, a separate delivery fee will be collected in order to attempt delivery once again; we are not liable for being given incorrect information.
All deliveries are done between the hours of 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, as well as 10am to 3pm on Saturdays. Any delivery that is done outside of these hours may incur a separate delivery fee.
Our studio prides itself in ensuring every client has a memorable, satisfactory experience. If you find yourself displeased with your arrangement then contact the studio within 24 hours of delivery so that the manager may issue a refund or replacement arrangement. Do note that if a refund or replacement is requested our studio must have the original arrangement returned in its original state, along with the container it was created within; gift items must also be returned in their original state. If that is impossible to do, then a refund or replacement may not be issued.
Any and all custom orders that require special ordering and/or treatment of floral are not liable for a refund after they have been designed. If your order is cancelled after delivery has already been attempted, the delivery fee may not be refunded. If a recipient refuses to accept the order it shall be brought back to the shop where the client will be notified.
Refunds and replacements are subject to the studio’s discretion.
Due to humanity's inability to control nature, our studio holds the right to make substitutions to all orders where necessary. Though our team does their best to ensure that our clients receive exactly what they asked for, there are times when that is just not possible. Do note that our staff will do all they can to design your order to your specifications as humanely possible.
